Terms and Conditions

(The use of “we” and “us” refers to ADM Tools, Blackpool,FY2 0ET. “you” and “your” refer to you the customer. “Item(s)” refers to any goods purchased fromADM Tools by you the customer.)

All orders placed with us are subject to our approval, anorder and payment will not constitute acceptance of your order. The order is final when the item(s) aredispatched to you.

Prices may be changed online at any time, we reserve theright to change prices at any point during a listing period. The price at the point of purchase is final,and will not change or affect your transaction, should it change online.

The payment for the whole cost of the order must becompleted within 3 days of buying the item(s). After this point, we have no obligation to reserve the item(s) and willmake them available for sale to other customers. The total cost for the transaction must bepaid. The final cost of the item(s) ordelivery is not negotiable, unless agreed with us prior to purchase. If a different price is agreed for either theitem(s) or delivery, you will be informed in writing.

Any item(s) will not be dispatched until payment is receivedand cleared in full. If you intend topay be cheque, please inform us of this prior to purchase and allow 7 daysbefore order is dispatched.

Our delivery prices and free delivery (where applicable) arecorrect for orders with Mainland UK only. Further charges will apply to destinations other than Mainland UK. Please contact us prior to placing an order,for a delivery quote to your desired destination.

Occasionally, an error may occur with either product priceor product quantity. If a price errorhas occurred, we have no obligation to supply any item(s) at this price. If we have insufficient quantity of any item,we will inform you and either hold your payment until we have sufficient stock,or refund your payment in full.

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt ofgoods. Any item(s) may be returned tous, providing that the original packaging is intact and unopened, for a fullrefund. Supporting invoice or packingslip must be provided. Return deliverycosts are to be covered by you the customer and are not refundable.

If an item is found to be either damaged at point ofdelivery, or defective, it may be returned to us for inspection and thenreplaced or refunded at our discretion.

Please contact us first before returning any items, if anitem is damaged by the courier, we may request that you provide us with aphotograph of the damaged package, for our records.

Where an order is placed for age restricted goods, such asknives or solvents, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 by purchasingthe item and that a person over the age of 18 will accept the delivery. If we have any reason to suspect that acustomer is not of a legal age to obtain any age restricted goods, we reservethe right to cancel the order.
